World Dating Partners (WDP) is the Trade Name of Datech Limited a UK registered company. World Dating Partners creates, hosts and maintains various online dating and adult contact sites around the world, and as such this site is here to help and maintain part of the service you are registered to.
E-Mail Policy
WDP use mailing a system to send news to our subscribers and notifications about changes of user status, payment notifications and information about new profiles, messages from other users and support.
WDP use five domains for sending e-mails: wdpregistration.com, wdpinfo.com, wdpcupid.com, wdpsystem.com and wdpbusiness.com. The domain wdpregistration.com is mostly used for user registration and activation and for sending notifications from payment systems. The domain wdpcupid.com is used for sending notifications. Newsletters are sent from wdpinfo.com and wdpbusiness.com is used for correspondence with partners and wdpsystem.com.
World Dating Partners (Datech Limited) strictly forbids the use of spam from any of its subscribers or users and does not send unsolicited e-mails to anyone without the prior consent of the individual concerned. For the purpose of clarity spam shall be defined as any unsolicited commercial e-mail sent to third parties that has no existing relationship or permission to be sent e-mails for the purpose of promoting or generating business, or traffic, promoting any idea, harassing anyone for any reason, etc. especially but not limited to being via bulk e-mail.
Our e mails adhere to the requirements of CAN-SPAM which can be found here: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/canspam.htm
We send e-mails only to users that send us a subscribe request.
We provide a return e-mail address and web link that allows a recipient to ask not to send future e-mail messages to that e-mail address and we honor the unsubscribe requests as fast as we honor subscribe requests. Unsubscription requires a maximum of 3 days in some cases.
E-mail headers ("From," "To", routing information including the originating domain name and e-mail address) are accurate and identify the person who initiated the e-mail or mailing list. The “Subject” line does not mislead the recipient about the contents or subject matter of the message. Unsolicited messages and sexually explicit messages are labeled appropriately.
If you believe you have received any unsolicited e-mails from this website or have problems to unsubscribe to any newsletter please contact us at contacts@datech.ltd.uk and we will use our best efforts to help you.
Where it is possible we are subscribed to Complaint Feedback Loop program (like AOL-FBL) to get info about complaints. Users that complaint our mails as Bulk are automatically unsubscribed from the list.
Bounced e-mail addresses are being deactivated. Users are provided with web page where they can check their current mailing status.
E-mail servers have valid reverse DNS records. There are no connections from dynamic IP space.
We use e-mail authentication technologies like SPF and DomainKeys, to show user that the e-mail is legitimately from our mail servers.
DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) lets an organization take responsibility for a message while it is in transit. The organization is a handler of the message, either as its originator or as an intermediary. Their reputation is the basis for evaluating whether to trust the message for delivery. Technically DKIM provides a method for validating a domain name identity that is associated with a message through cryptographic authentication.
Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is an extension to the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). SPF allows software to identify and reject forged addresses in the SMTP MAIL FROM (Return-Path), a typical nuisance in e-mail spam. SPF is defined in RFC 4408.
We make large effort to secure our mail servers and prevent open proxies, open relays, broken formal scripts, and other insecure servers.
It should be noted that due to the nature of SMTP protocol used for mail delivery, sending mail does not guarantee delivery to the recipient. Messages can be returned or even dropped during delivery. Further they can not be delivered if the recipient does not want to receive it or consider it as a spam or has misconfigured software. SMTP provides mechanisms to inform sender if message has reached recipient or there have been problems with delivery that would work in most of the cases.
Whitelisting
Many email service providers and internet service providers have SPAM filters to keep out the unsolicited email. Due to the volume of users we have, WDP send vast amounts of email. This occasionally causes email service providers to interpret our emails as SPAM.
To make sure that you can receive our email you can "whitelist" emails from WDP. Whitelisting means that you set up your email software to accept incoming email from a specific email address or domain and therefore overriding your mail service provider's SPAM filter.
WDP uses several email addresses for communication with users. Therefore, the most effective way to make sure that you receive our email is to whitelist the entire domain. Depending on the exact email service or program you are using whitelisting a domain may be done by entering something like one of the following for every domain:
wdpregistration.com
@wdpregistration.com
*wdpregistration.com
In the event that your email service or program cannot whitelist entire domains we would suggest you add these individual addresses to your whitelist:
alert@wdpcupid.com
alert@wdpinfo.com
mail@wdpcupid.com
news@wdpbusiness.com
welcome@wdpbusiness.com
welcome@wdpregistration.com
welcome@wdpsystem.com
Since every email system is different we have included whitelisting instructions for a few popular email service providers.
